Position Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator at AMAN Logistics Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient movement of goods and materials across various departments. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years in a related field.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage the flow of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs.
  • Address work-related issues, providing technical advice and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to streamline operations.
  • Prepare and maintain various progress reports.
  • Dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
  • Follow up on work order issues to ensure resolution.
  • Track shipments and manage logistics effectively.
  • Possess knowledge of highway trucking regulations and compliance.
  • Process and relay information to coordinate vehicle operators and crews using dispatching tools.
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
