Job Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

The Janitor Room Supply House Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, arranging for maintenance and repair work, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
  • Recruit and hire staff to support the growth and development of our organization
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high quality
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position
  • 30 hours per week
  • English language required
