About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at TCP Simple Technologies Inc. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs.
  • Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow-up on issues with work orders and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Keep track of shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Work Environment

The Logistics Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
