Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at Cap-it Burnaby. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize daily store operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and execute visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the buying team to select and procure merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
