Gians Restaurant Ltd. DBA Gians Indian Cuisine is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establishing work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establish work schedules
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant setting
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to maintain a client-focused, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
