About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Innovate R Technologies Inc. as a User Support Professional. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our users, ensuring they receive the best possible experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software applications, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals, guides, and other resources to find solutions.
  • User Training: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our products and services effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, and contribute to the development of knowledge bases and other documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Linux, JavaOS, networking software, and data analysis software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users and colleagues.
  • Language: English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
