Job Title: Public Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Accounting Manager to join our team at Kressler Recruitment Corp. As a Public Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the accounting and financial services team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accounting and financial services team, providing guidance and support to staff accountants.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, including financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documents.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on financial matters, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial services.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on financial services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
