Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Stevens E3. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying customer service requirements, conducting research, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Build Client Relationships

  • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to meet client objectives
  • Sell exhibits and attend trade shows to promote our services
  • Identify new business opportunities and prospect for additional business
  • Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-up

Service Client Accounts

  • Meet with clients to determine their objectives, requirements, and expectations
  • Provide exceptional service and support to clients, including answering questions and requests
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to clients to drive business growth
  • Ensure quality service delivery and professional standards in a timely and cost-efficient manner

Prepare Reports

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize account information and trends
  • Maintain a funnel to track client progress
  • Complete necessary sales forms and documents
  • Prepare final client contracts and obtain approvals

Communication

  • Lead internal meetings to ensure understanding of client and project needs
  • Obtain client budget and design parameters
  • Interact with company employees to share information for proposal generation, job costing, and servicing clients
  • Facilitate change orders and modifications as needed
  • Follow up on overdue receivables

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

  • Previous experience in the trade show industry
  • Post-secondary education required, college degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or a related discipline preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Minimum 3 years of account management experience
