Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Representative to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our advisory services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their investment needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service by optimizing interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
- Use an advisory approach to detect opportunities and refer clients to the right specialist, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients, while ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
- Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring.
- Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
- Basic investment knowledge and experience in administrative support and processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
- Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
- Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.
