Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by optimizing interactions with clients on the technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
  • Utilize an advisory approach to detect opportunities and refer clients to the right specialist, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients, while ensuring compliance with established processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring).
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
  • Basic investment knowledge and experience in administrative support and processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.
