About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Scotiabank as a Financial Services Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing trusted financial advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on financial products and services, including investment and banking solutions.
  • Work closely with colleagues to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven sales and customer service experience in a financial services environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • License to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
