About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at the Rideau Center Garage location. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a positive shopping experience, building loyal customer relationships, and driving business results through operational efficiency and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales and productivity targets
  • Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Maximize store profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies
  • Develop and implement plans to drive traffic through digital platforms and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the District Sales Supervisor to achieve business objectives and share best practices
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of management experience in a fashion clothing environment or equivalent
  • High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
  • Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
