District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager, Multi-Channel and Merchandising is responsible for driving sales growth and executing strategic initiatives within their territory. This role requires a strong understanding of sales priorities and the ability to manage budgets while respecting labor and operational expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within the territory
- Manage a team of sales professionals, including Sales Development Managers, Sales Execution Associates, and Merchandisers
- Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
- Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and promote a culture of learning and development
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
- Collaborate with sales area leadership to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
- Post-secondary education in a business-related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of progressive sales experience, with a focus on operations and management
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to support market units
