About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator and Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at RedRick Technologies Inc. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for creating various documents, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create proposals, responses, and other documents to support the sales team
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage order confirmations, invoices, and payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Answer customer phone calls, follow up as needed, and maintain up-to-date customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of orders
Requirements
  • Experience working in sales or customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical proficiency, with experience using Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Valid Ontario G-class driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA, with a valid passport
What We Offer

We offer a competitive starting salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package after 3 months probation.
