AWS Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Solution Architect to join our team at Neuraflash LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer success by building and launching Amazon Connect solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer experience.
- Facilitate business process reviews to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations and priorities.
- Drive best practice contact center design and implementation across all aspects of solution delivery.
- Effectively manage project and customer communications, including delivering customer end-user training and documentation.
- Exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from senior management.
- Customer-facing contact center experience with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions, including WebRTC and SIP protocols.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and customers.
- API integration experience and knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software.
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, including Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and contact center product knowledge of other platforms, including Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, and WorkForce Management solutions.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, AWS Developer Associate Certification, or AWS Solution Architect Certification.
