AWS Solution Architect

As an AWS Solution Architect at NeuraFlash LLC, you will have the opportunity to drive customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring seamless customer experiences, improving agent productivity, and delivering successful cloud deployments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct technology assessments and audits to identify customer needs and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate business process reviews to understand customer requirements and processes
- Design and implement cloud contact center solutions leveraging AWS services and best practices
- Lead discovery and ROI analysis for customers, delivering presentations and estimates for successful project delivery
- Oversee and mentor technical teams to ensure timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality solution delivery
- Communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, managing expectations and priorities
- Drive best practice contact center design into every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage project and customer communications, delivering customer end-user training and documentation
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Hands-on experience with scripting/coding languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#,.NET)
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with comfort speaking with executives, IT management, and customers
- API integration experience, with knowledge of automation tools and frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture, including CloudFormation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, and Lex Integration
- Experience with WorkForce Management solutions, outbound dialers, and campaign management
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification, AWS Developer Associate Certification, or AWS Solution Architect Certification
