Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at 7386428 MB LTD. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items according to company standards.
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
    • Handle and store cleaning products safely.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Take customers' orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
