Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 7386428 MB LTD. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies.
- Financial Management: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other financial metrics.
- Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff, including onboarding new employees and providing ongoing training and coaching.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
