Position Overview

The role of the Administrative Assistant at AIRE ONE HEATING & COOLING is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Office Management: Establish and implement effective policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
  • Inventory Control: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to support daily operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and respond to employee questions and concerns.
  • Project Oversight: Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs to ensure timely completion.
  • Supervision: Oversee a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
