Agricultural Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Phaneuf Agricultural Equipment. As an Agricultural Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our agricultural products to existing and potential customers in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular visits to existing clients to maintain strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prospect for new customers in your assigned territory to expand our customer base.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales targets set by your manager, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Promote our products and services through presentations and demonstrations, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products, building brand awareness and reputation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of agriculture and its practices, including crop management and livestock production.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to serve a diverse client base, including English-speaking and non-English speaking customers.
