About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Advisor to join our team at Phaneuf Agricultural Equipment. As a Technical Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, proposing and selling maintenance services, and collaborating with our sales department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service via telephone and in-person
  • Inspect equipment, recommend maintenance actions, and estimate costs
  • Collaborate with the sales department to sell equipment and machinery
  • Open work orders for the mechanical department and plan schedules
  • Provide follow-up on files and keep clients informed
Requirements
  • DEP in technical advice in vehicle maintenance and repair, or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good knowledge of informatic tools
  • Cooperative, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude
  • Rigorous, organized, and efficient work style
