", "p": "As a Quality Leader with Nova Scotia Health, you will play a key role in driving quality improvement initiatives within the Emergency Department. You will work closely with health services managers and physician leadership to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate quality and patient safety initiatives. This includes using data and analytics to monitor trends and identify opportunities for quality improvements, reviewing patient safety data, and operationalizing the implementation of strategic directions of Emergency Care within Cobequid and the Halifax Infirmary. You will also provide oversight to ensure that defined provincial quality indicators, CAEP recommendations, and accreditation standards are met or exceeded. Additionally, you will be the initial point of contact for the investigation and follow-up of Patient Experience reports (Feedback files) in collaboration with Emergency Department leadership.
