Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to join our team at Kahlon Accounting & Tax Services Ltd. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing high-quality support to our staff and clients.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of College/CEGEP or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines.
- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
- Respond to electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
- Compile and maintain data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Order office supplies and oversee inventory management.
- Plan travel itineraries and make necessary reservations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain organized filing systems.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
