Key Responsibilities- Assess and plan services for tenants
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention, and supportive counseling
- Work collaboratively with tenants, staff, and community resources to achieve optimal outcomes
- Participate in Good Shepherd's Health and Safety programs and procedures
- Post-secondary education in social or health services
- Minimum of three years' experience in mental health and concurrent disorders
- Recovery orientation and consumer-driven practice
- Ability to work independently and think creatively
- CPR certification or willingness to be certified
- Support for continuing education and professional development
- Staff recognition programs and access to self-care supports
