Job Overview

Position: Human Resources Systems Analyst

As a Human Resources Systems Analyst at Dexterra Group, you will work collaboratively with various teams to pinpoint system inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to configure and oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), especially within unionized settings, while ensuring precise management of benefit remittances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage the HRIS to align with organizational requirements
  • Facilitate system modifications in accordance with union agreements
  • Oversee union benefit programs and associated remittances
  • Deliver technical assistance to users and regulate user access
  • Perform audits to guarantee data accuracy and integrity

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now and HRIS implementations
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
