About the Role

As a SAP Functional Consultant - HRIS Expert at Michael Page International Canada Limited, you will play a key role in designing and implementing HRIS solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients. Your expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP will enable you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, design and troubleshoot interfaces and integrations, and configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders and end-users to gather and analyze business requirements related to HR processes, including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Onboarding 2.0, and Recruitment.
  • Design and troubleshoot the interface and integration between SuccessFactors and other HR and business systems.
  • Design, configure, and maintain SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system performance.
  • Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with technical teams and vendors as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, configuration guides, and process flow.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to integrate SuccessFactors with other HR and business systems.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Develop SuccessFactors reports for various HR initiatives and analyses.
  • Lead and/or participate in HRIS projects as needed and assist with project planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and implementation activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, HR management, or a related field.
  • Candidates MUST be CERTIFIED in any SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Onboarding 2.0, or Recruitment).
  • At least 6 years of consulting experience in SuccessFactors / HCM.
  • Has experience with at least 2 full cycle (end-to-end) implementations of SuccessFactors.
  • Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Systems Analyst or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SuccessFactors modules and functionality.
  • Proficient in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Good understanding of system integration concepts and experience integrating SuccessFactors with other HR or business systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
  • Demonstrated functional understanding and knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
  • Demonstrated experience with the production incident management process.
Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other corporate systems will be a great asset.
  • Experience in SuccessFactors ECP will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in CPI will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Cloud data analytics on SuccessFactors.
