Workday Configuration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Consultant to join our Global HR Experience Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring and managing Workday, our HRIS system, to ensure seamless delivery of core HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Workday solutions to meet business requirements
  • Oversee data integrity to enable accurate reporting and analysis
  • Lead day-to-day operational improvements to enhance the employee experience
  • Partner with clients to translate business needs into technical design
  • Advise on Workday product suite and provide expert insight on design, configuration, testing, and implementation
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday, with hands-on configuration experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management Information System, or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in core Workday HCM, absence management, recruitment, and/or compensation
  • Proven ability to work independently and build a team-oriented environment
