At TradingScreen, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Job Overview
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for our clients. This position requires a solid grasp of accounting principles, exceptional organizational abilities, and familiarity with billing processes. Proficiency in Excel, along with experience in NetSuite and Salesforce, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate invoices utilizing NetSuite as the primary billing platform.
- Ensure the accuracy of billing information and implement necessary adjustments within Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee precise and prompt billing for customers.
- Prepare monthly insights into Revenue General Ledger details and variance analysis in collaboration with the Financial Analyst.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing and assist in resolving any discrepancies.
- Enhance processes related to system records and streamline the billing workflow.
- Support the month-end closing process by leveraging Salesforce and NetSuite reports, as well as Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain revenue-related documentation, including revenue recognition records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing or accounting roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for direct interactions with vendors.
