Qualifications: Completion of secondary education is required.

Experience: Ranging from less than 7 months to 1 year is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review various forms of communication, including letters and documents.
  • Handle and redirect phone calls and electronic messages efficiently.
  • Compile reports utilizing both manual and digital records, inventories, and databases.
  • Manage the sorting, processing, and verification of applications and other important documents.
  • Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail through various methods.
  • Facilitate the sending and receiving of messages.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping duties as required.
  • Prepare financial documents such as invoices and bank deposits.
  • Offer general assistance and information to clients and the public.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution and filing purposes.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Deliver customer service in a professional manner.
  • Organize and file materials in designated storage areas.
  • Label files according to established retention and disposal protocols.
  • Efficiently label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • Locate and extract files upon request.

  • Manage financial data by storing, updating, and retrieving information.
