About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, and our alternative asset and accounting services are among the most esteemed in the sector. Our ongoing investment in technology and professional development ensures that our team is well-equipped to provide an exceptional client experience.
Your Role:
- Oversee the fulfillment of daily and monthly obligations as per client Service Level Agreements, emphasizing client relationship management. This role necessitates a thorough understanding of trading, positions, and cash reconciliation processes involving prime brokers and counterparties.
- Generate daily operational outputs in accordance with client service level agreements, focusing on positions, trades, and cash activities.
- Assess cash flows, financing, and risks linked to a diverse array of investment products, including derivatives, debt, and private equity.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues; compile reports for evaluation and endorse portfolio and cash risk assessments.
- Prepare verifiable documentation for portfolio and cash positions in anticipation of monthly financial reporting.
- Critically evaluate existing tools, controls, and processes; propose enhancements and test solutions.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the migration of existing accounts.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with investment managers, clients, and other Citco offices.
- Mentor junior staff; aid in the resolution of daily operational challenges.
About You:
- You possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- A Professional Accounting/Finance designation is advantageous (CFA, CPA).
- You have over 2 years of experience in Financial Services, with exposure to P&L Reporting or Operations processing.
- You are knowledgeable about various products, including Domestic, Global, and OTC security markets, as well as Fixed Income and derivative products.
- You exhibit strong customer relationship management skills.
- You have a solid understanding of Hedge Funds.
- You can effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
