About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, recognized for its high-quality alternative asset and accounting services. Our ongoing investment in technology and professional development ensures that our team is well-equipped to provide an exceptional client experience.
Your Role:
- Oversee the daily and monthly deliverables in accordance with client Service Level Agreements, emphasizing strong client relationship management. A thorough understanding of trading, positions, and cash reconciliation processes with prime brokers and counterparties is essential.
- Generate daily operational outputs aligned with client service level agreements, focusing on positions, trades, and cash activities.
- Assess cash flows, financing, and risks associated with a diverse array of investment products, including derivatives, debt, and private equity.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues; compile reports for evaluation and approval regarding portfolio and cash risk.
- Prepare comprehensive support documentation for portfolio and cash positions in advance of monthly financial reporting.
- Critically evaluate existing tools, controls, and processes; propose enhancements and validate solutions.
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and the migration of existing accounts.
- Foster positive and professional relationships with investment managers, clients, and other Citco offices.
- Mentor junior staff and aid in the resolution of everyday operational challenges.
About You:
- You possess a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
- A Professional Accounting/Finance designation is advantageous (CFA, CPA).
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, particularly in P&L Reporting or Operations processing.
- Knowledge of product offerings, including Domestic, Global, and OTC security markets, as well as Fixed Income and derivative products, is required.
- Strong customer relationship management skills are essential.
- Familiarity with Hedge Funds is preferred.
- You demonstrate effective time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines.
