Restaurant Manager Job Description

Chachi's Southcentre is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize profitability and implement cost-saving measures
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Plan and coordinate daily activities, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and products
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
