Many of our most successful customer service representatives began their careers with us as trainees, having no prior experience, but came from roles such as servers, retail staff, call center agents, or other customer-oriented positions.
PAID TRAINING AVAILABLE
We will provide training on how to effectively communicate our auto glass repair process, address customer inquiries, and manage billing. During the training period, you will earn at least $15/hr* and after completing training, your pay can increase to $18/hr*

As a Customer Service Representative at Driven Brands, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting walk-in customers, appointments, and returning clients
- Generating estimates, pricing quotes, and invoices for services
- Handling phone inquiries and returning customer calls
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Supporting management with daily parts returns
- Ensuring accuracy in parts ordering
- Documenting all calls and following up as necessary
- Confirming parts and materials for mobile jobs before dispatching
- Opening new accounts and servicing existing ones
- Maintaining a professional demeanor and positive attitude
All candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus
- Previous phone or call center experience is advantageous
