Project Manager Position:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Industrial & Resources group in a leadership role. This position involves managing small to medium-sized projects with high-performing teams, utilizing strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
