- Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables appropriately.
- Manually sanitize and wash dishes and kitchenware.
- Maintain accurate records of food inventory usage.
- Portion, wrap, and prepare food items for service.
- Heat and finalize simple food preparations.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Utilize both manual and electric kitchen appliances for food preparation tasks.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, storage, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning agents safely.
- Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in various storage locations.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness.
- Sharpen kitchen knives as needed.
- Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
- Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting.
- Strong client focus and service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
