Food Service Supervisor

At ARBORG HOTEL, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and safety in our restaurant and hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus and ensure that food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our restaurant and hotel operate in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism in a physically demanding role.
