Your Mission:
As Operations Manager, you will be the central pillar of our success. You will oversee and optimize our operations to ensure continued growth and increased profitability.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety and quality on our construction sites and manufacturing projects, and implement innovative strategies to improve our operational efficiency.
Your inspirational leadership will be essential to the success of our infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities:
- Global Management: Plan, organize, and supervise all company operations, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Inspirational Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and skills development.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Performance: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with current regulations, particularly in terms of safety, the environment, and quality.
- Relationships: Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and the continuity of business relations.
- Representation: Represent the company in dealings with government and regulatory bodies.
- Executive Committee: Take an active part in the Executive Committee.
- Site Visits: Travel to construction sites as required.
Your Qualifications:
- University degree in civil engineering, project management, or related field.
- Significant experience in operations management in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction standards and regulations.
- Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and mobilize multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
Assets:
- Experience in the renewable energy or telecommunications sector.
- Knowledge of project management software and planning tools.
- Project management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
