Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a noisy and hot environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
