Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work environment is noisy and hot, and the work setting is a restaurant. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
