Pizza Hut Food Counter Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units. Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Food Preparation: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware. Place dishes in storage area. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. Package take-out food. Portion and wrap foods. Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars. Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment. Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Team player. Ability to multitask. Dependability.
