Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and equipped to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and hot environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service.
