Revenue Monitoring and Labour Cost Control

Monitor revenues and labour costs to make informed decisions about staffing, inventory, and menu pricing.

Staff Performance and Development

Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.

Health and Safety

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Customer Service

Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Inventory Management

Order supplies and maintain inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring that all necessary items are available.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

Operational Planning and Control

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.

Language

English.

Work Hours

30 to 40 hours per week.
