About The Cambridge Mill

We are a leading food service provider seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Presentation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure efficient operation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
