As a Pizza Kitchen Staff member, you will be an integral part of our pizza kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking delicious pizzas and other menu items. Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and passion for creating exceptional dishes will contribute to the overall success and reputation of our restaurant. You will work closely with the kitchen manager, head chef, and other team members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.

**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation and Cooking:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and other ingredients following standardized recipes and guidelines.
Assemble pizzas with various toppings, cheeses, and sauces, ensuring consistency and quality.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to cook pizzas to perfection.

Kitchen Organization and Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace.
Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures to prevent contamination.

Equipment Maintenance:
Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and prep stations.
Report any malfunctioning equipment to the kitchen manager.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other kitchen staff members to ensure a smooth workflow.
Communicate effectively with team members to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Customer Service:
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
Respond to customer inquiries and special requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring ingredient levels and notifying the kitchen manager of any shortages.
Support in maintaining proper stock rotation and minimizing food wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a pizza cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant or pizzeria is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, dough preparation, and cooking methods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the restaurant industry.
- A passion for culinary excellence and a love for creating delicious pizzas.
- Intermediate level english
