About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized assistant cook to join our team at Ricky All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that they are following proper food handling and preparation procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
