Position Overview

The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for the holistic oversight of renovation projects, managing each phase from inception to finalization. This role involves communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. The primary goal is to ensure that all projects initiate on schedule, adhere to budgetary limits, and conclude within the designated timeframe set by AGM Renovations. The Project Coordinator must meet client expectations, fostering satisfaction that leads to positive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Daily management of renovation projects
  2. Ensuring all Work Requests (WRs) are received, signed, and uploaded within 24 hours
  3. Conducting random audits of Work Requests
  4. Creation and management of Work Requests
  5. Overseeing subcontractors and resolving any issues
  6. Supporting the purchasing team as needed
  7. Development of Change Orders
  8. Conducting site visits in response to escalations or client concerns
  9. Providing ongoing project updates and reports
  10. Mandatory site inspections
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction
  2. Experience in residential projects
  3. Proven management experience
Educational Background

A degree from a college or university is required.
