Job Title: Banking Associate

Join National Bank as a Banking Associate and take the first step towards a rewarding career in wealth management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high-net-worth clients.

Your Role:
  • Provide administrative support to our bankers and private bankers, ensuring seamless client service and follow-up.
  • Develop personalized relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize client interactions, identifying opportunities to recommend a multi-product offering that meets their needs.
  • Manage client files, perform various transactions, and ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
  • Analyze financial information and tax structures for the processing of financing applications.
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple transactions and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Your Team:

You will be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. As a Banking Associate, you will work closely with sector members and report to the Director, Private Banking 1859.

Requirements:
  • Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of initiative and autonomy.
