Job Title: Banking Associate

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to bankers and private bankers, ensuring timely follow-up and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop personalized relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize interactions with clients, identifying opportunities to recommend a multi-product offering that meets their needs.
  • Manage client files, performing various transactions on their behalf, and ensuring adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
  • Analyze financial information and tax structures for the processing of financing applications.
  • Ensure timely completion of multiple transactions and establish effective communication with various parties involved in client files.

Requirements:

  • Completed college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Completed the Investment Funds in Canada Course.
  • Experience in personal and/or commercial credit.
  • Knowledge of banking, investment, and financing products.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Outstanding sense of initiative and autonomy.
