Rental Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental services, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and timely restocking to meet customer demands.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure compliance with security protocols, including criminal record checks, and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines.
