Rental Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at H.A.L.T. HOLDINGS LTD. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental properties.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that merchandise is easily accessible to customers.
- Supervise Sales Staff: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Work Setting: Rural area, retail business.
- Supervision: 3-4 people, elemental sales occupations, retail salespersons and sales clerks.
- Security and Safety: Criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, printer, internet access, cellular phone.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
